Directions to Rectilinear Grid Points

Description


This ray direction specification type emits a bundle of rays from each starting ray position, where the ray directions in the ray bundle target a rectilinear grid of points defined on a plane in position space.

This feature can be accessed by selecting Directions to Rectilinear Grid Points as the ray direction type on the Positions/Directions tab of a detailed source dialog box.
