This feature allows specific amounts of the first 6 Zernike terms to be selectively subtracted from the OPD map. The initial coefficient values are those found by projecting the OPD map onto the corresponding Zernike term. The subtracted terms will modify the displayed OPD map chart view but will not alter the printed Zernike coefficients in the output window, which reflect the original dataset.
This feature can be accessed in the following ways: •Right mouse click on the OPD map and select "Modify OPD Map" from the list menu.
Apply modifications to all wavelengths If the "Apply modifications to all wavelengths" box is checked, then the specified term subtractions will be applied to the OPD maps for each wavelength. Exactly the same subtractions will be applied for each wavelength, even if the specified coefficients are in units of waves.
