This feature creates a material whose dispersion (l vs. n) is defined by one of ten standard forms.
Navigation
This feature can be accessed in the following ways:
•Menu > Create > New Material
•Ctrl + Alt + T
•Toolbar button: 
•Right mouse click on the Materials folder in the object tree and select "Create a New Material" from the list menu
