Adjust Image Brightness

Description

This feature adjusts the brightness of the color image bitmap, which can be useful for bringing out features in pixels with less signal or for raising the ceiling in saturated images.  The default brightness value is 1. A lower brightness value (relative to 1) will dim the image while a larger value will brighten the image.  When calculating the color image, the tristimulus values of each pixel are scaled by the ratio of (brightness/Ymax) prior to converting from XYZ tristimulus to RGB, where Ymax is the maximum Y tristimulus value in the image.
