When a FRED session is connected to a valid license, the Help > License Authorization menu item can be used to display the connected license's status and provide additional license update tools. FRED supports the use of two different licensing technologies, SuperPro and Sentinel, to implement its software license protection strategies. Depending on which license technology the connected key uses, a unique version of the License Authorization dialog will be presented.
