A custom volume scatter data catalog comes as part of your FRED installation.
This feature can be accessed in the following ways: •From a materials dialog select the "Volume Scatter" tab, right-click in any spreadsheet area and select "Import Data From File" from the context menu:
Users can browse to the custom catalog Volume Scatter Models.txt in the \Resources\Volume Scatter Models subdirectory of your FRED installation directory which contains 45 various tissue models from Tuchin. The user is free to add to this catalog or make their own using the custom catalog format (formats are described in the header of the text file)
