Description

This command changes the number of rows and columns in the Amplitude / Phase Mask sample grid for a detailed source using Amplitude / Phase Mask on Rectilinear Grid position apodization.

Specification of the Amplitude / Phase Mask sampling array size is accessed from the Power tab of a detailed source using Amplitude / Phase Mask on Rectilinear Grid position apodization by right clicking in the spreadsheet area and selecting Set Sampling Array Size from the drop down menu.
