Application Notes
File Import Format
FRED imports either a *.out or *.txt file format produced by ASAP's PRINT statement. The INR file format itself cannot be imported, but must be run in ASAP to load the model into memory. Once loaded in ASAP, use the following code at the command line to create a text file which can be imported into FRED:
$IO OUTPUT MYFILE.TXT 13
PRINT
$IO OUTPUT CLOSE
System and Wavelength Units
ASAP does not write out the system or wavelength units to the PRINTed output. These unit selections must be set by the user upon import into FRED.
Source Import
Sources are not imported.
