Description
This command allows you to switch the 3D View camera location and aim direction. There are 10 views to choose from in the menu:
•Six predefined directions: the plus and minus X, Y, and Z axes views.
•Three custom views set in the visualization preferences.
•One custom view that can be set in the camera configuration dialog which opens when the custom view option is selected.
Navigation
This command can be accessed in the following ways:
•Menu > 3D View > View Towards
•Ctrl+0 thru Ctrl+9 (each of the ten views has an accelerator keystroke)
Controls
Selecting Specific View, or pressing Ctrl + 0, will open the Camera Configuration dialog, which allows the user to position the 3D View camera anywhere in space.
