When the Show Profile Lines option is enabled in the chart view, there are several options available for auto-locating the profile lines within the dataset. These options allow for precise and rapid retrieval of important points within the dataset. The following auto-locating options are available:
Data Maximum - intersect profile lines at the maximum data point Data Center - intersect profile lines at the center point of the data set Data Minimum - intersect profile lines at the minimum data point Horizontal Profile to Vertical Maximum - move horizontal profile line along the current vertical profile and intersect at the maximum data point Horizontal Profile to Vertical Minimum - move horizontal profile line along the current vertical profile and intersect at the minimum data point Vertical Profile to Horizontal Maximum - move vertical profile line along the current horizontal profile and intersect at the maximum data point Vertical Profile to Horizontal Minimum - move vertical profile line along the current horizontal profile and intersect at the maximum data point
This feature can be accessed in the following ways: •Right mouse click in the main chart view window and select the option "Move Profile Lines To" in order to bring up the auto-locating sub-menu list.
