FRED launches but cannot run because the SuperPro Service is not started (reports error 60) or cannot be detected.

Upgrading or installing the Safe-Net Sentinel key service The steps below describe the process for upgrading or installing the Safe-Net Sentinel key services on the key server computer.
1.Download the Safe-Net Sentinel Protection Installer executable from the Safe-Net website. 2.On the key server computer, remove the hardware dongle(s) and run the installer, making sure to choose the full installation (ALL components). 3.You may need to restart the server computer as indicated by the installer. 4.Plug the hardware dongle(s) back into the server computer to complete the installation. 5.Start FRED on the client computer and verify that the error is no longer displayed.
