Description This subroutine closes the current FRED document without saving if it does not have a currently running script associated with it.
Syntax SysCloseNoSave fname
Parameters fname As String Name of the FRED document to be closed without saving.
Remarks If there is a problem the subroutine sets an error and exits without closing the file.
