Parameters deltaN (Double) Refractive index difference between the surface to which the PSD model is applied and its substrate
id As Long Identifier of the scatter model.
Remarks Returns the current value for the refractive index difference between the surface to which the PSD model is applied and its substrate. If the surface is reflective, deltaN=2.
